In light of the above, the Launch and Opening Ceremony of the NHCCE 2023 will be on 30th October 2023, at 11 am at the Malaysian International Trade & Convention Centre (MITEC). The event will be jointly officiated by the Prime Minister of Malaysia Yang Amat Berhormat Dato’ Seri Anwar bin Ibrahim and the Minister of Human Resources, Yang Berhormat Tuan V. Sivakumar.
