IRBM Signed MOU with Labuan FSA, Labuan Corporation And Kota Kinabalu City Hall

The Inland Revenue Board Of Malaysia (IRBM) signed a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) with Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA), Labuan Corporation (PL), and Kota Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK) on 27th July 2023.
For the first time, IRBM signed an MOU to establish cooperation in between three (3) agencies on sharing of informations to increase the effectiveness of tax administration based on their respective functions to improve the compliance with national tax legislation.
